Clinical Pharmacist: ADHD Medicines Management

Location: Remote (virtual)
Commitment: Fixed sessions per week (self-employed basis)
Rate: Competitive
Pathway: Private and NHS Right to Choose ADHD
Oversight: Consultant Psychiatrist-supervised
Requirements: Independent Prescriber Status

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our ADHD team, focusing on medicines management, titration, and ongoing monitoring for patients on ADHD medication. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with an interest in mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions to build specialist expertise in a well-supported, fast-growing private service.

Independent prescriber status essential for this role.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from pharmacists at all career stages who have a genuine interest in ADHD and mental health medicines. Independent prescriber status is essential.

  • GPhC registration in good standing
  • Clinical pharmacy experience, ideally in primary care or mental health
  • Independent prescriber
  • Experience or interest in ADHD, psychopharmacology, or neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach
  • Comfortable working within structured protocols with consultant oversight

About Well Life Clinic

Well Life Clinic is a CQC-registered private GP practice with clinics in Oxted and Cobham in Surrey, as well as St Albans in Hertfordshire. We offer a broad range of services, with a growing and highly responsive ADHD service at the heart of our clinical offering. We operate both a private ADHD pathway and an NHS Right to Choose (RTC) service, providing end-to-end care from initial assessment through to ongoing medication management – all under Consultant Psychiatrist oversight.
