Clinical Pharmacist

- Salary up to £50,000 (pro rata, based on 18 hours per week)

About the Company
This is a well-established independent hospital provider with a strong focus on patient safety, clinical standards and colleague development. The working environment is supportive, collaborative and centred on delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support medicines optimisation through medication review, reconciliation and prescription review.
- Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants and staff.
- Assist with safe procurement, management and control of medication stock.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, incident reporting and the introduction of new medicines and therapies.

About You
- You are a registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
- You have hospital pharmacy experience and a clinical diploma or equivalent experience.
- You are an independent prescriber or have experience in secondary care pharmacy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist or Secondary Care Pharmacist seeking a part-time role with real clinical impact.
