GP Logic is building a network of experienced clinical pharmacists who can support GP practices, PCNs, and other primary care organisations with clinical, medicines, operational, and improvement work.
We are interested in pharmacists with a range of primary care backgrounds and specialist interests.
Opportunities could include:
- Structured medication reviews
- Medicines optimisation
- Long-term condition management
- Diabetes and cardiovascular disease
- Hypertension
- Minor illness
- Prescribing and medication queries
- Care-home work
- Polypharmacy
- Medicines safety
- Clinical audits
- QI projects
- Practice or PCN pharmacy support
- Clinical supervision
- Pathway development
- Digital and technology implementation

We would like to hear from pharmacists with experience working within UK primary care, particularly those who can demonstrate additional areas of expertise.

How the GP Logic Associate Bank works:
This is an Associate Bank rather than a fixed-hours position. Joining the bank does not guarantee immediate work or a minimum number of hours. When GP Logic has a project requiring your particular experience, we can contact you to discuss the opportunity, requirements, availability, and commercial arrangements before anything is agreed.
