About the Role: Positions Glasgow & Edinburgh

As a Screen Clinical Pharmacist, you will utilise your skills as a medicines expert to help identify patients in need of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions in Primary Care.

Qualifications and essential criteria

  • 🎓 Qualified pharmacist
  • 🩺 PSNI registration
  • 🚘 Full UK Driving License and access to a car
