Role Overview
We are expanding our exclusive Medical Expert Network, connecting highly skilled Physicians (MD/DO) with leading AI laboratories. In this fully remote, non-clinical consulting role, your medical expertise will play a critical role in training, evaluating, and refining the next generation of healthcare artificial intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
Once onboarded and matched with an active clinical workstream, your contributions will include:
- Training and evaluating frontier AI models specifically focused on medical reasoning, diagnostics, and patient care workflows.
- Designing clinical tasks, grading criteria, and medical deliverables based on real-world healthcare scenarios.
- Providing domain-specific, structured feedback to advance AI research in medicine.

Candidate Profile
- Professional clinical experience encompassing diagnosis, treatment planning, and direct patient care management.
- Strong background in medical documentation, clinical guidelines, and healthcare compliance.
- Exceptional written communication skills to clearly articulate complex medical reasoning for non-specialist reviewers.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Commitment
- Projects typically require 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability and project scope.

Compensation
- Highly competitive rates paid weekly and securely via Stripe or Wise.
