About the Role
This exciting new role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced clinical educator who has the capability, leadership skills, and drive to lead the in-house education and development of the clinical workforce within the Neighbourhood Mental Health Division.
The primary purpose of this role is to support staff in delivering best practice care within clinical environments by developing and enhancing their clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies. The post holder will be responsible for promoting high-quality clinical practice through the design, delivery, and evaluation of evidence-based education, training, and development programs tailored to the needs of both services and service users.
As Lead Clinical Practice Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of clinical practice, education, and workforce learning across the Division. Working in partnership with a team of Clinical Practice Educators, the Clinical Education Manager, Learning Environment Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and Divisional Leaders, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality in-house clinical education programs that support the operational readiness and ongoing development of the 13 Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.

Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach. For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.
