Competitive salary + exceptional benefits

The best educators don't just teach. They inspire confidence, develop future talent and help shape the standards of care that patients experience every day.

At The Wellington Hospital, you'll have the opportunity to do exactly that. As a Clinical Practice Educator within our Intensive Therapy Unit, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, supporting and empowering our nursing teams.

Your expertise will help colleagues grow throughout their careers, from onboarding and competency development through to advanced practice and lifelong learning. Through your guidance, coaching and leadership, you'll contribute to an environment where learning is continuous, best practice is shared, and exceptional patient care remains at the heart of everything we do.

As one of the UK's largest private hospitals, The Wellington Hospital is known for delivering highly specialised care across a broad range of clinical services. Our critical care teams care for patients with complex needs and work alongside some of the most experienced clinicians in the country. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you'll be at the centre of this expertise, influencing practice, supporting professional development and helping to shape the future workforce of critical care nursing.

You'll join a collaborative community of educators and clinical leaders who are passionate about developing people. With access to HCA Healthcare UK's extensive learning networks, structured development opportunities and a culture that values growth, you'll be encouraged to continuously develop your own skills while helping others achieve their full potential. This is a role where your impact will be seen not only in individual careers, but in patient outcomes and service excellence across the organisation.

At HCA UK we care about what you care about. We care that you want to deliver the very best care. We care that you want a career you can be proud of. We care that you want working conditions that support your health and wellbeing. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
