HealthRota Clinical Product Manager

Role Details

  • Salary: Dependent on experience.
  • Location: Hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based at the WeWork office in Moorgate.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements.

About HealthRota

HealthRota helps NHS and healthcare organisations manage medical workforce staffing safely, efficiently and compliantly. We work closely with Trusts and health systems across the UK, solving real-world workforce challenges through practical, intuitive software built around the needs of healthcare professionals.

Our platform supports rostering, workforce management and workforce planning, helping healthcare organisations improve flexibility, efficiency and staff experience. We are passionate about building products that genuinely reflect how healthcare teams work in practice.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Clinical Product Manager to bring first-hand healthcare experience into the way we design, prioritise and deliver our products.

This is a unique opportunity for a doctor or healthcare professional who enjoys improving systems and solving operational challenges. You will act as the bridge between clinical reality and product development, ensuring that our software reflects the complexities of healthcare delivery, including shift patterns, rostering requirements and workforce management processes.

You will take ownership of a defined area of the product roadmap, working closely with customers, stakeholders and developers to ensure we build the right solutions in the right order. Your healthcare background will help shape product decisions, validate new functionality and ensure that what we deliver is practical, usable and valuable for real-world healthcare teams.

This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, engage directly with NHS customers, and play a key role in improving the working lives of healthcare staff across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
