Role Overview
As we expand the MetaVision platform to include next-generation AI capabilities and deeper data integration, we are looking for a talented Clinical Product Manager to join our product team. This role is ideal for a driven clinician who has successfully made the leap into health informatics and product management.

What Will You Do?
As a core member of the product team, you will bridge the gap between clinical reality and technical execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Strategy: Participate in the company’s roadmap definition and contribute to product strategy by providing clinical product expertise to company leadership. You will help guide the future of clinical agents, Real-World Evidence (RWE) applications, and standard clinical data models such as openEHR, FHIR, and OMOP.
- Workflow Definition: Define clinical workflows for product requirements with corresponding business justification.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an internal subject matter expert and provide clinical evaluation and validation of all products.
- Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain forward market outlook, identify market trends, and interpret the competitive landscape from a clinical perspective.
- Advocacy: Be the Voice of the Customer and the clinical end user within the company.
- Commercialization & Enablement: Leverage platform capabilities for sellable product packages and solutions. Clearly articulate and communicate product values and benefits. Provide full sales enablement tools and material and support presale activities.

What Do You Need?
- Clinical Background: Practical clinical experience (Doctor, Nurse, Physician Assistant, etc.).
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated domain expertise with a clear understanding of healthcare workflows and practical use of information including clinical scoring, healthcare terminology catalogues, and more.
- Regulatory & Tech Experience: Experience in a healthcare technology environment with medical device regulation knowledge.
- Product Management: Healthcare product management experience (an advantage).
- Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Lean/Scrum environment with an Agile mindset and “Can Do” approach.
- Work Style: Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Communication: Proficient oral and written English communication skills.
