About the Role
Our client, a global Contract Research Organisation, is entering an exciting growth phase in Europe following a recent strategic acquisition. With an established presence across Asia-Pacific and North America, they are now expanding their European footprint and investing in an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead this next chapter. Role Responsibilities
- Lead global and European clinical projects end-to-end: own planning, execution, and delivery of international clinical trials, helping to strengthen and scale the organisation's European operations while meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals.
- Be the primary sponsor interface: act as the key client contact, driving governance meetings, managing expectations, overseeing budgets and risk management, and building strong, long-term sponsor partnerships in Europe and beyond.
- Drive team leadership and process excellence: lead and mentor global clinical project teams, including Associate Project Managers, while contributing to SOP and process improvements that support efficient, high-quality growth across the expanding European portfolio.

Requirements
- Multiple years of clinical Project Management experience (from start-up to close-out)
- Significant experience managing global or regional clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
- Strong experience with oncology studies or similar complex studies
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, forecasting, risk management, and change orders.
- Comprehensive understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site start-up, monitoring, recruitment, study close-out, and audit readiness.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, global regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems (e.g. CTMS, eTMF).
- Fluent level of English
