Clinical Project Manager
UK Based | Global Clinical Trials | Spanish Speaking
RBW are working with an established international CRO looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead the delivery of global, full-service clinical trials. This position will be based in the UK, and due to the requirements of the projects this individual will support, ability to speak fluently and professional in Spanish as well as English is required.
The Role
You'll take overall responsibility for assigned clinical studies, acting as a key point of contact for clients while leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading global, full-service clinical trials
- Managing cross-functional study teams and external vendors
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients
- Managing study timelines, milestones, budgets and resources
- Monitoring project performance, risks and study metrics
- Managing project budgets, forecasting and profitability
- Overseeing regulatory documentation and TMF readiness
- Supporting site contracts and budget negotiations
- Providing matrix leadership to project teams
- Leading project review meetings and senior stakeholder communication
- Contributing to proposals, RFIs and bid defence presentations
- Ensuring studies are delivered in accordance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong clinical project management experience
- Experience managing global, full-service clinical trials
- Clinical research experience within a CRO, biopharmaceutical company or similar environment
- Spanish language capability
- Current UK location / ability to be based in the UK
- Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery and drug development
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, resources, timelines and vendors
- Strong sponsor/client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory requirements
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving
