About the Company

Clinical Project ManagerClinical Trials | Hybrid (North West)

Ready to own an entire clinical project, not just a small piece of one? We're supporting a fast-growing, specialist clinical trials organisation that is expanding its Project Management team following significant growth in project volume, client demand, and global expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team where Project Managers are trusted with genuine ownership, direct client interaction, and the autonomy to make decisions that drive project success. Unlike larger pharmaceutical companies and CROs, you'll have visibility across the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, quality, data management, and technology functions to deliver complex clinical studies from start-up through completion.

About the Role

This is a Clinical Project Manager role within a fast-growing, specialist clinical trials organisation, where you will own entire clinical projects, have direct client interaction, and autonomy to make decisions that drive project success across the full project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
