Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Clinical Psychologist at GRG Health. The Clinical Psychologist will support research initiatives by providing psychological expertise in the design, interpretation, and validation of mental health–related studies and tools. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting and reviewing psychological assessments
- Contributing to the development of testing protocols
- Offering clinical insights on mental health trends and patient experiences
- Providing counseling-focused input for projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams of analysts and researchers
- Participating in clinical supervision or guidance for study methodologies

The Clinical Psychologist will document findings clearly, adhere to ethical and professional standards, and maintain confidentiality in all project-related activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and applied mental health concepts
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including assessment selection, administration, and interpretation
- Experience working in Mental Health settings, with an understanding of diverse populations and conditions
- Background in Counseling Psychology, with skills in therapeutic communication and case conceptualization
- Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or reviewing clinical work and protocols
- Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited institution
- Relevant licensure or registration, where applicable, and adherence to professional ethical standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for clinical documentation and research reporting
- Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences research, and comfort working with data and evidence-based practices
