The Role
We are able to offer an opening for an outstanding Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. You will work with children and/or adults and families, on-site and online. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assessments and treatment to children and/or adults, and their families as part of our team. Your work will reflect your interests, passions, preferences, and competencies.
You will offer assessments and interventions including the following:
- Carry out comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews and standardised testing
- Be a part of our neuro developmental assessments and post diagnostic support
- Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy and track progress over time
- Keep accurate clinical records
- Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and take part in case discussions
- Contribute to service improvement

What we're looking for
- A compassionate, and experienced Clinical Psychologist who ideally has experience of community based practice and working with high profile clients
- A recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology (doctorate or equivalent) and HCPC registration, or eligibility to register
- A strong foundation in psychology and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Confidence in psychological testing: selecting, administering, scoring and interpreting standardised measures
- Experience across diverse groups, including children, adolescents and adults
- Experience of providing clinical supervision to trainees or other mental health professionals
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with a firm commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centred practice
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage a varied caseload responsibly
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is essential. Additional training in CBT, third wave therapies, systemic therapy or trauma-informed approaches is an advantage.

Only available to experienced UK based clinicians who can travel and work from either our East London or Harley Street Clinic.
