We work as a neuro-affirming, multidisciplinary team and hold ourselves to high standards of care. Evidence-based psychological support is tailored to each person. The Role

We are able to offer an opening for an outstanding Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. You will work with children and/or adults and families, on-site and online. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assessments and treatment to children and/or adults, and their families as part of our team. Your work will reflect your interests, passions, preferences, and competencies.

You will offer assessments and interventions including the following:

  • Carry out comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews and standardised testing
  • Be a part of our neuro developmental assessments and post diagnostic support
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy and track progress over time
  • Keep accurate clinical records
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and take part in case discussions
  • Contribute to service improvement

What we're looking for

  • A compassionate, and experienced Clinical Psychologist who ideally has experience of community based practice and working with high profile clients
  • A recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology (doctorate or equivalent) and HCPC registration, or eligibility to register
  • A strong foundation in psychology and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  • Confidence in psychological testing: selecting, administering, scoring and interpreting standardised measures
  • Experience across diverse groups, including children, adolescents and adults
  • Experience of providing clinical supervision to trainees or other mental health professionals
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with a firm commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centred practice
  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage a varied caseload responsibly
  • Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is essential. Additional training in CBT, third wave therapies, systemic therapy or trauma-informed approaches is an advantage.
