Job Title: Psychological/AEP Research & Documentation Manager

About Evolve Psychology

At Evolve Psychology, we break the mould in clinical and neurodevelopmental psychology. Founded by Dr Laura Powling in 2014, the company redefined care through compassion, connection, and clinical excellence—without compromise.

We grew from a small practice delivering neurodevelopmental assessments into a leading international psychology service that operates across the UK, Ireland, and beyond, offering:

  • NHS-funded neurodevelopmental assessments (online or in-person, via Right to Choose)
  • Private neurodevelopmental assessments (including SpLD [e.g., dyslexia, dyscalculia], intellectual disability/cognitive assessments)
  • Autism and ADHD-specific pathways

Why we stand apart?

  • Clinician-founded and led: Regulated by HCPC, BPS, GMC, NMC, and Social Work England.
  • Expert leadership: Dr Powling brings 20+ years of clinical leadership across mental health, neurodevelopmental, and forensic fields.
  • Gold-standard care: Our services are NHS-accredited, compliant with NICE and BPS standards.
  • Personalised impact: Focused on holistic assessments—not diagnoses—tailored to each individual.
  • Beyond clinical work: Clinicians can engage with the Evolve Inter Skills & Research Academy for training, research or impact-focused projects.

Our culture is rooted in compassion, clarity, and growth, ensuring every team member—no matter their role—feels valued and supported.

The Role: Psychological/AEP Research & Documentation Manager

Location: Hybrid (able to travel to clinic bases/clinician locations as needed)

We seek a detail-oriented AEP, trainee psychologist, or psychology professional to manage:

  • Secondary data collection (e.g., reviewing reports, research files, or financial records)
  • Coordination of documentation (linking assessments to relevant training programmes, medical teams, or research participants)
  • Adherence to internal data policies and privacy protocols
  • HKPDA handling (concreting student records or third-party forms), with senior oversight ensuring thoroughness and clinical accuracy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
