Job Title: Psychologist

Location: Nuneaton
Contract Type: Part-Time
Salary: Up to £70,000 per year (pro-rata)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychologist to join our expanding network. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference when supporting children and young people within therapeutic care and education environments. The successful candidate will bring a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and relationship-based approach, working collaboratively with care and education teams to support positive outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience
  • Doctorate in Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Psychology
  • HCPC registration essential
  • Experience working with children and young people who have experienced developmental trauma and neurodevelopmental differences
  • Experience in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention, including individual and systemic approaches
  • DBT training desirable/required
  • Ability to contribute to multi-disciplinary planning and reflective practice
  • Experience delivering training, consultation and supervision to staff teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and relationship-based practice
