Clinical Quality Manager
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership and quality improvement experience to join Renaissance Care as Clinical Quality Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our homes by supporting high quality, person-centred care, strengthening governance arrangements.

About the Role
As Clinical Quality Manager, you will work in partnership with our operations teams and central support colleagues to implement continuous improvement approaches that support Renaissance Care’s mission, values and commitment to excellent outcomes for the people we support. You will monitor clinical data and trends, identify areas of clinical risk, provide detailed feedback to home management teams and ensure action plans are completed to achieve quality loop closure.
The purpose of this role is to support Renaissance Care’s clinical and quality governance arrangements by developing robust quality systems, carrying out service-level audits, supporting improvement planning and sharing best practice across the social care landscape. The postholder will provide practical advice and support to home managers and operations colleagues to help ensure services meet regulatory requirements, best practice standards and the expectations of residents, families, carers and stakeholders.

You will lead by example, working collaboratively with home managers, operations colleagues and central support teams to strengthen quality assurance, support meaningful improvement and ensure services are well prepared for regulatory scrutiny. You will provide constructive feedback, practical support and clear guidance to help teams deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
A key part of the role will be building positive and effective relationships with residents, families, carers, colleagues, external agencies and regulators, ensuring feedback and learning are used to improve practice and evidence the impact of Renaissance Care’s services.
Requirements
An essential aspect of the role is upholding Renaissance Care’s values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. You will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and have strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, improvement planning and regulatory requirements within the care sector. You will be confident analysing data, producing reports, conducting audits and supporting teams to implement practical and sustainable improvements.
