About Us

Hey Baby 4D is a leading private 4D ultrasound clinic franchise, and we are delighted to be opening a new clinic in Sunderland. We are looking for 2 experienced Receptionist with a warm and friendly personality who will fit seamlessly into the Hey Baby family to join our busy team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking appointments for customers via phone and in person.
  • Welcoming customers and assisting with queries.
  • Promoting sales of extras, offering heartbeat bears, cannons, keyrings, etc.
  • Processing payments promptly (cash and card).
  • Acting as a Chaperone during scans (training provided).
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Noting and effectively relaying customer feedback to management.
  • Managing customer messages through the online chat system.
  • Following procedures of Opening and Closing clinic.
  • The clinic must be kept clean at all times and daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning must be done and documented.
  • Conducting stock checks and promptly placing orders or notifying management to ensure the clinic is well stocked.
  • To keep up to date on documentations.
  • Completing job-specific training provided by management.
  • Assisting with social media management, creating reels, taking photos, encouraging customers to tag, share like our page.
  • Liaising with the NHS to ensure smooth referral processes.
  • Exceeding KPIs and contributing to the clinic's growth.
  • Standard Operating Procedures and Policies must be followed.

Additional Information

You will work closely with a sonographer and must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in reception or administrative roles is essential, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) check will be required before employment begins and must be maintained throughout your employment.

  • Term: 1 Year Fixed-Term
  • Days / hours of the week: 22 hours
    • Monday 3.30pm–8pm
    • Wednesday 3.30pm–8pm
    • Thursday 3.30pm–8pm
    • Friday 3.30pm–8pm
    • Saturday 9.30am–1.30pm
  • Salary: £12.71/hour
  • Required Experience: Customer Care, Reception, Administration
  • Language Requirement: English
  • Location: Hey Baby 4D Sunderland, Unit 2, Baird Close, Washington, Tyne And Wear, NE37 3HL.
  • Start Date: September 2026
