Company Description
Sarvas Health is an early-stage healthtech company developing predictive models for chronic disease risk using routine primary care electronic health records. Our first model, HF2.0, predicts risk of heart failure onset within 5 years from GP records. We have been awarded Innovate UK funding to conduct an 11-month feasibility study assessing whether sex-stratified approaches to HF risk prediction can reduce diagnostic disparity in women.
Role Description
This is a fixed-term research role supporting a funded Innovate UK feasibility study. You will lead the clinical literature review and provide clinical research support across the project's five work packages, working closely with our Chief Product Officer, Clare Simpson, and with clinical oversight from our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Matthew Kahn, Consultant Cardiologist at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
