About the Role
The Clinical Research Associate II supports clinical trials in oncology and other therapeutic areas, ensuring robust data collection, regulatory compliance, and smooth study execution. Your adaptability and precision will make all the difference in bringing precision medicine to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the progress of clinical studies at investigator sites, ensuring conduct aligns with GCP, ICH standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage study setup to completion, including site identification, regulatory submissions, and initiation visits.
- Identify potential study risks and collaborate on solutions for mitigation.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance, taking ownership of study integrity.
- Handle conflict resolution with professionalism and tact.

About You
We are looking for a thoughtful problem-solver who excels in pressure situations and delivers excellence without hesitation.
Skills & Attributes
- Calm and composed under unpredictable circumstances.
- Primeric for detail, proactive, and always two steps ahead.
- Resourceful in identifying creative solutions to:
- Investigator challenges
- Operational roadblocks
- Regulatory gaps
- Highly accountability-driven, ensuring ethical and compliant trial procedures.
- A confident collaborator who can resolve conflict with diplomacy.
Your Experience
- CRA knowledge is essential. 1+ years’ experience in a CRO or pharma environment.
- Oncology & early-phase trial experience is valuable but not mandatory—that focus evolves as you grow with us.
- Domestic travel up to 50-60% (overnight stays), and occasional international travel for senior roles.
- Graphic in English. Eligibility to work or live in the UK/Northern Ireland (home-based role).
