Oncology Clinical Research Associate (All Levels) – UK South-West
Join ICON's FSP Team
ICON's Functional Service Provision (FSP) team is growing, and we're seeking Oncology Clinical Research Associates at all levels to join a dedicated partnership with a long-standing global biopharmaceutical leader.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing innovative oncology research while working within a collaborative, supportive, and highly experienced clinical team. You'll be responsible for overseeing site performance, ensuring data quality and patient safety, and helping to deliver clinical studies that have the potential to improve patients' lives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct on-site visits across the South West UK region, supporting study sites and identifying solutions to operational challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely collection and reporting of study data.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with investigators, site staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to site personnel, helping to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.

What We're Looking For
- A degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline.
- Previous UK experience as a Clinical Research Associate within oncology studies.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in site management, monitoring activities, and ensuring high-quality study delivery.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to sites across the UK, with a valid driving licence.
