About the Role
Emerald Clinical Trials is expanding its European talent network and is seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA II and Senior CRA level) for future opportunities.
This is a pipelining position. Applications will be reviewed as new projects and resource requirements emerge. There may be a delay in progressing candidates through the hiring process depending on study awards and business needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.
- Review source documentation and validate study data.
- Support investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Manage site relationships and provide training as required.
- Ensure timely issue identification and escalation.
- Maintain high-quality documentation within study systems and TMF.
- Support recruitment and retention initiatives.
About You
- Degree qualification in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
- Experience within CRO, academic research, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and European regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regionally.
- Experience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies preferred.
