Clinical Research Lead (client working title) homebased UK
You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. The role involves stakeholder management role and strong interpersonal skills
What You Will Do:
The Clinical Research Lead (CRL) is responsible for the management of clinical Investigators and sites being considered and/or participating in the client’s clinical trials and / or Post Marketing Safety Studies; inclusive of Investigator / site identification and qualification, the timely delivery of clinical trial enrollment in accordance with scientific objectives, timely delivery of database locks, issues management at clinical trial sites, and ensuring inspection readiness at all times for assigned therapeutic area(s) that enables global program delivery. This is achieved by the CRL’s accountability for comprehensive Investigator and site management, leveraging of information/tools to make/have informed decisions and discussions, and high-quality interactions with global clinical trial sites to drive to an unparalleled customer experience. The CRL is also responsible for oversight of vendor monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, including the identification, mitigation and escalation of significant findings and trends.

What is required
- BA / BS/ BSc in the sciences or RN is required and preferred
- Experience in oversight of external vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
- Strong investigator-sponsored study experience gained within the industry at a clinical trial manager level.
- Influential and effective communication skills
- Energetic, flexible work approach as very autonomous role – good ability to think outside of the box
- Previous experience gained in a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company is preferred
- Travel on average 6 times per month
- Valid and current UK working eligibility
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant experience as a Senior CRA (Clinical Research Associate), along with the following qualifications and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
