Pulse’s AHP Team Recruitment for Nursing Service Delivery Leads
Pulse’s AHP Team is currently recruiting for experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to join the team for a role based in the North Wales area.
These roles will be working locally in the North Wales area providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. To be successful in this role you MUST have experience of a similar role and also be proficient as a phlebotomist.
This is an established programme that is looking for new candidates as it moves into its next phase.
Position: Nursing Service Delivery Lead
Location: North Wales
Hours: 1-2 days per week, shift patterns vary
Duration: Ongoing
Essential Skills:
- An experienced nurse or registered candidate who has led nurses in a similar environment
- Proof of phlebotomy experience as you will be overseeing these services.
- Driver would be very beneficial due to the sites being mobile.
We are looking for experienced nurses for this position who have experience working with supervisory experience, to be able to work at least 1-2 days per week in a 6-day service. Monday – Friday & Sunday. If you have more available that’s great as we will look to fit you in with our scheduling team.
This is very much a shift-based position rather like a bank role in that we will look to fit around your availability. This position would be very appealing to candidates looking for a second or part time job. Please note this role moves venue every 5 to 6 weeks to different mobile units.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
