Clinical Resource Manager (Registered Nurse)

Salary: £46,142 - £51,356
Location: Liverpool
Job Type: Office Based
Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term contract 6 months
Hours: Rota covering 8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday

Make a Difference in Adult Social Care and Health

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our clients Adult Social Care and Health team as a Resource Manager/ Registered Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead an integrated health and social care nursing service that supports adults with dementia and complex care needs. As the Registered Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service improvement, staff development, and positive outcomes for residents.

About the Role

As Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team within a nursing care environment. You will work closely with health and social care professionals to ensure the delivery of responsive, outcome-focused services that meet regulatory standards and provide excellent care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of a dementia and nursing care service.
  • Acting as the Registered Manager for services regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Managing and developing a team of nursing, care and support staff.
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Managing service performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Overseeing medication management and safe administration practices.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver value for money.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
  • Supporting workforce development through coaching, supervision, appraisals, and training.

Essential Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Previous experience managing staff and social care resources.
  • Experience delivering service improvement, transformation, and change.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and professional partners.
  • Knowledge and experience of medication management and safe administration practices.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex operational challenges.
