Clinical Sales Specialist – Critical Care

Northern UK | Field-Based | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an ICU Nurse looking to take your clinical expertise into a commercial role? Do you have experience working with medical devices and a passion for improving patient outcomes through clinician education and support?

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join a market-leading medical device company covering the North of the UK. This is a unique hybrid opportunity combining clinical training, product support, and sales responsibilities within Critical Care and Intensive Care environments specialising in CRRT.

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will work closely with ICU teams, clinicians, procurement departments, and key stakeholders to support the adoption and growth of innovative critical care technologies.

This role requires a highly credible clinical professional who can confidently engage healthcare professionals, provide expert product training, and identify opportunities to expand product usage across NHS and private hospitals. The territory covers the North of England, (and Ireland from time to time), with regular travel and overnight stays required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
