Clinical Sales Specialist
If you are a physiotherapist, sports therapist or other clinician with medical sales experience, this role puts your background to work selling shockwave, laser, electrotherapy and wider rehabilitation equipment to private clinics, professional sports organisations and healthcare institutions across the East of the UK.
Your customers are physiotherapists, sports medicine teams and clinic owners who weigh clinical merit and commercial return together, so your clinical knowledge counts from the first conversation. The accounts you win stay yours to develop.
Role Overview
This is a field-based territory role built around new business. You will own the territory, create your own opportunities and see each one through from first contact to sale, with success measured against KPIs and revenue targets. On target earnings are £71,000: a base salary of £50,000 plus £21,000 commission (uncapped), alongside a car allowance of £650 per month and all business expenses.

Key Responsibilities
- Build your pipeline through prospecting, professional networking, referrals and focused territory planning.
- Run prospecting calls, customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations and end-user training sessions.
- Support onsite clinical training with the clinical team, and lead it yourself when required.
- Stay close to the key decision-makers in every account you manage.
- Feed customer, market and competitor intelligence back into sales planning and the wider business.
- Keep customer, opportunity and activity records accurate and complete in the CRM.
- Represent the business at trade shows, congresses, seminars and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports therapy, podiatry, strength and conditioning or a related discipline.
- Commercial experience in capital equipment, medical devices or other sectors.
- A record of developing new business, managing sales projects and achieving or exceeding targets.
- The confidence to engage credibly with healthcare professionals at both clinical and commercial level.
- The ability to translate clinical and product benefits into a clear commercial proposition.
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
- A self-directed working style and the appetite to learn the technical and clinical detail of the portfolio in depth.
- A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively throughout the territory.
