Job Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and talented Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join the senior management team at Ealing Community Partners. This is a full-time Clinical Service Lead position where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of our multi-disciplinary community Falls and Neuro-Rehabilitation teams. The role will include ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalised and accessible services for patients, in line with commissioned service levels.

The post holder will be required to engage and empower clinical staff in the provision of high-quality care, developing clinical expertise within the teams to assess and enhance the quality of service in line with best practice.

Main Duties of the Job

As Clinical Service Lead, you will provide direct line management for the Falls and Stroke/Neuro-Rehabilitation teams, based across two locations within the Ealing borough - Ealing Day Treatment Centre in Southall and Clayponds Hospital in South Ealing. The postholder will require strong clinical leadership skills to develop staff within the teams, providing supervision and appraisal in line with Trust policies.

As a registered therapist, you will need knowledge and experience of delivering neuro-rehabilitation in the community to support patients with long-term neurological conditions and those recovering from stroke. The postholder will need a proactive approach to increasing team efficiency and effectiveness and will be required to work collaboratively with other rehabilitation leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
