💰 Salary: upon application (in line with NHS banding)

📝 Contract: Permanent

⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours per week (occasional Saturday cover required)

A Leadership Role With Purpose

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams across the region
  • Champion a culture of high-quality, client-centred care
  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and compliance
  • Support and coach managers and clinicians to achieve their full potential
  • Drive service improvements and quality initiatives across multiple treatment centres
  • Work collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning and excellence

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Registered healthcare professional with a active and valid NMC UK Adult Pin
  • Leadership experience within a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
  • Proven experience developing, coaching and supporting clinical teams
  • Ability to travel across multiple regional sites

Desirable

  • Experience within sexual and reproductive healthcare
  • Multi-site leadership experience
  • Experience leading service improvement and change management initiatives
