Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse - Farries Ward
South Warwickshire Foundation Trust are excited to be advertising for a band 6 clinical sister/charge nurse for an individual who wants to join the growing team on Farries Ward.
We are currently developing our inpatient haematology service on Farries ward and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to help continue the development of the service and improve the patient experience.
About the Ward
We are a 22 bedded ward, 8 of these beds are dedicated haematology beds and we are hoping to expand this in the future. The remaining 14 beds are made up of elderly medicine and isolation side rooms.
About the Role
We are inviting applications from nurses who are seeking to expand their knowledge and skills within Haematology and elderly care. You will have the opportunity to work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team and you will be supported with your professional development. We offer a wide range of clinical training and accredited courses, both in-house and post graduate courses at university.

Responsibilities
The role would include both clinical and management duties and full training will be provided. The post holder will contribute to the development of the ward and team and support the Ward Manager in the delivery of a consistently high quality and cost effective service. To deputise for the Ward Manager as required.
