An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the clinical site management team for a motivated, clinically credible, and experienced nurse to join the clinical site management team as clinical site manager.

You will need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, which offers a variety of clinical and organizational issues and pressures. The commitment to providing high standards of patient care and minimizing risk must be central to your decision making at all times.

  • Provide senior leadership, clinical guidance, and support to all divisions to maintain patient safety, quality, and experience.
  • Play a key role in patient flow.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the management of the site, acting as the coordinator of services.
  • Be the first point of contact (out of hours) relating to complaints, accidents, and untoward incidents involving patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Previous site management experience is not essential, but would be preferable.

It is necessary for you to have an understanding of urgent and emergency care standards, along with other core NHS recovery objectives. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act is essential, as participation in their application is required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
