Clinical Supervisor (LISW or LPCC) for IDD
A Great Opportunity
Pay range $70,000-$72,000 based on education and experience

Responsibilities may include:
- Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently.
- Complete client screenings timely as assigned.
- Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes for each client.
- Communicate information regarding progress of the person served to the appropriate persons.
- Facilitate the transition process, including arrangements for follow-up services.
- Provide trainings and clinical supervision as assigned.
- Identifying and addressing gaps in service provision.
- Provide coverage for caseloads as needed/assigned.
- Oversee the daily operations and functions of therapy team as assigned.
- Oversee implementation of programs that increase appropriate behaviors according to established criteria using appropriate techniques and methodologies.

Requirements for this position include:
- Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- LISW or LPCC is required.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Experience in community-based counseling.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
