The Opportunity
PolyNovo UK Ltd is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join its UK Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will provide high-quality clinical support, product education and in-service training to healthcare professionals across the United Kingdom.
This is a newly created position designed for someone who is comfortable working closely with sales colleagues, hospital teams and clinical stakeholders. The role is remote based, with regular travel to hospitals and clinics across the UK to support Territory Sales Managers and customers.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver clinical support, education and in-service training for nurses, registrars and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with Territory Sales Managers by identifying and sharing potential customer opportunities.
- Organise and take part in trade shows, customer meetings and clinical education events.
- Support the resolution of customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, product launches, delivery schedules and market trends, and share insights with the wider team.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of activity, opportunities and results in the CRM system.
- Support inventory management, including consignment stock, loan stock, representative stock and logistics where required.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Business, Science or a health science discipline such as Nursing, Physiotherapy or Pharmacy.
- Experience working in a hospital environment; operating room familiarity would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, documentation and reporting capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- A track record of taking accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required, depending on territory requirements and up to approximately 50%.
- Experience working autonomously while contributing effectively within a small team.
- A valid passport, full driving licence and DBS check.
