Job Title: Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator
Are you able to work autonomously but also integrate as part of a team? Are you committed to taking pride in your work? Would you enjoy working in an inpatient environment?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams, in particular supporting the Medics across five wards within the Adult Inpatient Services based at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to ward-based medics, including assisting with patient reviews and meetings, managing diaries, and delivering general administrative support.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.
- Full administration experience is essential for this role.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Diary management and the ability to support senior colleagues are also essential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Effective teamwork skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.
Working Conditions
- Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part-time hours would be considered.
- The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.
- Occasional travel may be required and flexibility is essential.
