We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), based at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.

Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience is essential.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.

Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part time hours would be considered.

The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where on-site parking is available. Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.

The primary responsibilities of the role involve providing direct support to the clinical team and the Clinical Team Managers.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.

Full administration experience will be essential for this role. The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.

You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Diary management and the ability to support senior colleagues are also essential.
