Clinical Support Worker Recruitment

We are recruiting Clinical Support Workers to join our nursing teams at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, with a range of opportunities available across our hospital sites.

About the Role

Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supporting the smooth flow of patients through the hospital and into the wider community. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred care throughout their journey across our services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career in healthcare, with access to training, support, and progression within the NHS.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, caring and compassionate personal care, along with associated duties, under the direction and supervision of a registered professional, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support registered professionals in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.

Working Conditions

  • Positions available are both full-time and part-time.
  • Roles involve rotational shift working, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with unsocial hours enhancements.
