Job Opportunity in Forth Valley

An excellent opportunity has arisen within Forth Valley for an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual who is committed to the provision of safe, consistent and person-centred quality care. We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in caring for adults or older adults when they are acutely unwell within Forth Valley’s Acute Hospital and Community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working with people who require short to medium term admission for assessment and treatment.
  • Support patients when they are distressed, using de-escalation skills, as required.
  • Help deliver care needs and support the clinical care standards within the ward environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caring role is desirable but not essential.
  • The successful candidate must be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.

Working Conditions

  • Rotational days/nights including weekends.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the organisation.
