Clinical Support Worker Opportunity
Do you currently work, or are interested in working in a healthcare setting? If so, we are looking for motivated, interested people to work collaboratively and in partnership as an integral part of the midwifery team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be committed to the provision of a high quality service.
Around 3000 babies a year are born at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and we are proud to have been at the forefront of successful service improvements and developments including work with the Department of Health, Better Births, the Baby Friendly Initiative and local charities and support groups.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a Clinical Support Worker to join our team. The role includes working on our Labour Ward, our Antenatal/Postnatal Ward as well as having an important role in maternity theatres. All training will be given.

This role will require shift working across the week.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
