Role Overview
As a Clinical Support Worker at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding, compassionate care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. Working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with their daily care needs while helping to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Supporting patient wellbeing
- Maintaining clinical supplies and equipment
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and dignity at all times
- Contributing to the smooth running of the ward by supporting administrative tasks and responding effectively to patient needs
