Join our friendly and dedicated Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic team, where you’ll play a vital role in preparing patients for surgery and ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way.
In this rewarding patient-facing role, you’ll assist with health questionnaires, carry out clinical observations such as blood pressure, BMI, and MRSA screenings, as well as support the team in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient care.
- You’ll help identify patients’ readiness for surgery and perform investigations such as ECG and Blood Tests.
- Promote health and wellbeing and provide compassionate support to those who may feel anxious or unsure.

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring, and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
