Support clinical systems, training and continuous improvement across Residential Aged Care
About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical System Officer to join our Innovation & Quality Team, based at our Norwest office.
In this role, you will support the monitoring and continuous improvement of BaptistCare’s clinical systems framework, including clinical documentation, medication management, pain management, wound management, digital health and reporting.
Working closely with the Clinical Systems Manager and key internal stakeholders, you will help optimise the use of clinical systems, support quality and compliance requirements, coordinate user groups, and deliver role-based training and support to systems users. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of resources, documentation, policies, procedures and work instructions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines aged care experience with strong systems, analytical, administration and stakeholder engagement skills.
About You
- A minimum of five years’ experience in aged care.
- Qualifications in aged care, management, project management or a related area.
- Strong capability and confidence in using technology and clinical systems.
- Experience supporting technical system implementations, system improvements or related projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training and supporting systems users.
- Sound knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements relating to residential aged care.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and produce accurate work.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
- Experience using clinical systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required.
