Clinical Systems Specialist (PACS/RIS)

West Midlands (Hybrid Working) – Flexible
Up to £47,000 per year

We're working with a leading healthcare organisation that is investing in its clinical technology landscape and is looking for a Clinical Systems Specialist to help support, develop and optimise its radiology systems. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving clinical workflows and supporting technology that has a direct impact on patient care.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration and ongoing development of key clinical systems, ensuring they remain reliable, efficient and fit for purpose. Working closely with clinical teams, technology colleagues and third-party suppliers, you'll help deliver enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades and contribute to future projects.

This is a varied role where you'll be involved throughout the application lifecycle - from gathering requirements and testing new functionality through to implementation, documentation and user support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
