£45,000 + Excellent Benefits - Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Clinical Systems Professional with a background in Radiology, PET-CT imaging, PACS, RIS or advanced clinical applications?

We're recruiting for a Clinical Systems Specialist to join a highly respected healthcare technology team supporting some of the UK's most advanced diagnostic imaging services. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine clinical knowledge, healthcare technology expertise and stakeholder engagement within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Working primarily from home, you'll attend the Warwick HQ approximately one day per week and play a key role in supporting, developing and optimising specialist clinical systems used within diagnostic imaging and patient reporting workflows.

The Opportunity

This role has a strong focus on PET-CT reporting systems, particularly MIM, an advanced visualisation platform used within nuclear medicine and PET-CT services. We'd love to hear from candidates with experience of:

  • MIM
  • Hermes
  • Mirada
  • PET-CT reporting workflows
  • Radiology imaging systems
  • Clinical reporting applications

You'll work closely with Technology teams, Clinical Staff and Consultant Radiologists to support system performance, deliver enhancements, improve workflows and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain and optimise clinical imaging and reporting systems
  • Troubleshoot application issues and liaise with software vendors where required
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, configurations and performance monitoring
  • Gather business and clinical requirements for system improvements and enhancements
  • Participate in product evaluations, pilots and application rollouts
  • Document workflows, processes, configurations and testing procedures
  • Improve clinical and radiology workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support integration of clinical applications and related technologies
  • Deliver or support user training for clinicians and radiologists where required

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting Clinical Systems, Healthcare Applications or Radiology Systems
  • Knowledge of PET-CT reporting workflows and operational processes
  • Experience with MIM, Hermes, Mirada or similar advanced visualisation software highly desirable
  • Understanding of PACS, RIS, workflow management tools or healthcare system integrations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Background in Healthcare IT, Clinical Applications, Radiology or Diagnostic Imaging environments
