Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Team Manager to support children, young people and families in the community in Norwich.

hybrid 3 days minimum on-site, 2 days working from home

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be a CYP Psychotherapist and/or a Play therapist. They will lead, develop and supervise an MDT team of 10 clinicians. You will collaborate with external stakeholders, ensure smooth running of operations and support those aged 4-18 years old experiencing social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

There is an expectation to deliver parent-led interventions and family-based support, support with case management and fulfil designated safeguarding lead responsibilities.

You will also contribute to service developments, and deliver therapeutic interventions, consultations and signposting referrals when required.

Contract type – permanent, full-time

Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday

Salary - £42,600 FTE

Experience required:

Candidates applying will hold a qualification in a relevant profession alongside membership with a governing body (BACP/UKCP/NCPS/BAPT/HCPC or equivalent.) You will be accredited or working towards accreditation, hold a minimum of 2 years working with children/young people therapeutically, managing a complex caseload, and hold experience leading and supervising within an MDT team.
