Role Description
The Clinical Therapist – Telehealth will provide evidence-based mental health services to clients via secure, remote video sessions in a part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake assessments
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Delivering individual, family, or group therapy within MantraCare’s AI-supported ecosystem
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team
- Documenting sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Adapting care based on AI-generated insights and client progress

- Case consultation
- Crisis management within established protocols
- Participation in ongoing training related to digital mental health and telehealth best practices
This is a remote role, allowing flexibility in scheduling while maintaining reliable availability for clients in assigned time zones.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Mental Health, with a strong foundation in Psychology and the ability to provide evidence-based telehealth therapy.
- Background in Social Work, including skills in psychosocial assessment, advocacy, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.
- Experience in Case Management, coordinating care plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Training or experience in Family Therapy, working with couples, families, or caregivers to address relational and systemic concerns.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist or equivalent) in relevant jurisdictions; telehealth credentials preferred.
- Demonstrated comfort with technology, electronic health records, and virtual care platforms, with strong digital communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care, with the ability to work with diverse client populations.
- Strong professional ethics, reliability in a remote setting, and the capacity to manage a part-time caseload with consistent availability.
