CLINICAL TRAINER | MEDTECH

Axira Partners is supporting a leading global medical device organisation with the recruitment of a Clinical Trainer to join their UK team.

📍 Territory: North London, East Anglia, Essex, Watford, Barnet, Nottingham & Lincoln
💰 Salary: £50,000 basic
🚗 Company Car

Ideal Profile

  • Tissue Viability Nurse (TVN) –
  • Registered Nurse with experience in wound care, pressure care, tissue viability or community care - MUST BE UK BASED AND HAVE UK EXPERIENCE
  • Ideally some training experience but NOT A must

This is a fantastic field-based clinical opportunity within the mobility, pressure care and post-acute healthcare market, supporting solutions designed to improve patient safety, independence and quality of life.

The wider portfolio covers areas including pressure ulcer prevention and management, specialist mattresses and support surfaces, mobility and seating, patient handling, rehabilitation and moving & handling solutions.

The Role:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical and product training to healthcare professionals
  • Working closely with NHS Trusts, community teams, care homes, rehabilitation services and wider healthcare providers
  • Engaging with stakeholders including Tissue Viability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses and other clinical professionals
  • Providing hands-on product demonstrations, clinical education and ongoing in-field support
  • Supporting customers around areas such as pressure injury prevention, patient mobility, positioning and safe patient handling
  • Supporting product evaluations and implementation within hospital, community and long-term care environments
  • Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted clinical point of contact across the territory
  • Working alongside the commercial team to support customer engagement and the continued growth of the territory

Who Could This Suit?

We’re interested in speaking with people from a nursing, therapy, clinical or medical device background who are confident delivering training and engaging with healthcare professionals. Experience within pressure care, tissue viability, mobility, rehabilitation, moving & handling, community care or related MedTech markets would be particularly relevant.
