Full-time Clinical Trainer and Complex Case Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Case Management Cymru team, who provide holistic, family-focused case management and care supporting adults and children who have sustained life-changing injuries to achieve the best possible outcomes.
In relation to the training element of the role, we are particularly interested in hearing from experienced nurses who enjoy combining clinical expertise, with education, mentoring, quality assurance, care planning, and collaboration with families, case managers, and MDTs.
