Clinical Trial Administrator
Bodyline Clinical, Stoke-on-Trent - Site-based
In this role, you'll work closely with study team members to ensure our clinical trials run smoothly from start-up through to close-out. You'll play a key role in maintaining data quality, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness across our research sites, helping to deliver high-quality research that makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering and reviewing study data within EDC systems
- Managing and resolving data queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining Investigator Site Files to inspection ready standards
- Coordinating regulatory documentation throughout the study lifecycle
- Monitoring staff certifications and training records to ensure ongoing compliance
- Assisting with participant scheduling and reimbursement processes

About You
You may be the ideal candidate if you:
- Have 1-2 years of clinical research experience, ideally within a clinical site environment
- Are confident working with EDC systems
- Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining compliance standards

What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
