About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to provide essential administrative support to our clinical project teams. Primary responsibilities will focus on:
- Clinical documentation
- Trial Master File (TMF) management
- Coordinating observational research programs
This demanding but rewarding role demands meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central support hub for document management and TMF compliance
- Track, file, and organise clinical documentation with full accuracy and traceability
- Liaise with study teams, sponsors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely submission of requisite documentation
- Review and update trial master files in accordance with predefined SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Provide logistical and operational support for observational study activities
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and necessary documentation to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Cross-functional Teams to ensure smooth study workflows and deadlines
- Maintain a secure, paperless database for all research-related documentation

Requirements
- Prior experience mandatory: Direct experience supporting ** clinical interventional or observational studies** required
- Paper-trail precision with unwavering attention to documentation completeness
- Proven ability to organise complex components efficiently under strict deadlines
- Exceptional computer literacy with proficiency in:
- Standard clinical documentation management tools
- Document control systems or repository platforms
- Strong communication skills to interface smoothly with clinical leadership, regulatory affairs, and vendors
- Ability to disclose regulatory/institutional data securely and confidentially
- Flexible approach to blend remote and office workflows under a Hybrid Working Model (1–2 days per week on-site at London office)
