We're hiring a Clinical Trial Manager to support Phase Ib–III virology studies, focused on the EMEA region, as part of a Global Study team led by a Clinical Program Manager.
You'll manage regional study activity from start-up to close-out, working closely with CROs to hit timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional oversight of Phase Ib–III studies
- Draft/review protocols, ICFs, CRFs, monitoring plans, and CSRs
- Manage study timelines, budgets, and CRO/vendor relationships
- Act as primary CRO point of contact; conduct monitoring/co-monitoring
- Advise on country-specific regulations and site suitability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams

What you'll bring:
- BSc or nursing qualification, with significant relevant experience
- Senior CTMA-level study management experience
- Monitoring/co-monitoring experience highly desirable
- Virology experience a plus, not essential
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EU regulations, ICH, and GCP
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
